19th November 2008
After the final count we
had over 1000 people in attendance and managed to raise over £1000 for
the Devon Air Ambulance Trust.
We intend to build upon the
success of this year's show to make next year's show even bigger and
better as we have room at our new venue 'The Matford Centre' for even
more exhibitors and traders.
Many visitors, exhibitors
and traders have said they are looking forward to the show next year,
so we are expecting even more people to attend as the word gets about.
We are therefore pleased to
announce the show will be held again on Saturday 24th October 2009.
Bookings are now being
taken from exhibitors, traders and sponsors and we expect demand to be
high. If you you would like to reserve space for an exhibit or
trade stand, or enquire about sponsorship opportunities, please email
Graham Wilkins as soon as possible:

Thank You!
A big thank you to all the
visitors, exhibitors, sponsors, traders and members that helped make
such an excellent day.
The show was well attended
with over 800 paying visitors, 23 exhibitors and 30 traders. We received over
80 feedback forms that suggest the venue's location and space were
very welcome by all, along with the variety of exhibits and trade
stands. Things to improve upon next time are signage, heating
and more exhibits for younger children. Overall the show was
well received. We are already discussing the next show and
will keep this site updated as plans progress.
We have added a nice video
of the show made by James Walker on the Video page. If you
have any video or photos of the show on a hosting site like You Tube
or Photo Bucket, then please email the link to the sponsors of this
site,
Dream Steam.
